Refund & Exchange Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in the same condition in which it was received.

• Be returned in its original packaging, if applicable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your exchange request.
