How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor your order's progress until it arrives.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and your local postal carrier.
